Chief Executive Officer – S.E. Minor & Co
Gigi Ma, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of S.E. Minor & Co., which is part of a broader group of companies focused on specialty and scientific services. Ms. Ma also oversees the group’s Florida operations, which are headquartered in Palm Beach County. She is an American businesswoman with two decades of experience as a Wall Street investment banker, a proprietary trader, and an operating executive.
Ms. Ma graduated magna cum laude from Smith College with a bachelor’s in Chemistry and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She resides in Greenwich, Connecticut, with her husband and three wonderfully inquisitive children.

Vice President & Senior Surveyor
Roy Cary, Vice President and Senior Surveyor of S.E. Minor & Company, is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in New York and Connecticut, and has been practicing for over 30 years. Roy’s leadership has included land planning, subdivision design, marina design and construction layouts. Roy graduated from Monmouth College in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
Leonard Szczesny, PE
Vice President & Senior Engineer
Leonard Szczesny, Vice President and Senior Engineer of S.E. Minor & Company, is a registered Professional Engineer in Connecticut and New York and has been with with S.E. Minor since 1981. Len’s experience includes design, construction management, project planning, and client relations. Prior to coming to S. E. Minor & Company, Len served as an Officer in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps and as the Town Engineer in Vernon, CT for 10 years. Leonard was awarded the Bronze Star Medal during his United States Naval Service in Vietnam. Len graduated from the University of Detroit with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
