At S.E. Minor & Company we are committed to providing the best-in-class service to our local realtors, businesses and residents. In an effort to maintain our responsiveness due to heightened demand, we are initiating a Priority Membership Program to meet your requests in a timely manner.

Priority Membership Benefits ($495.00 Annual Fee):

• • Priority processing for five (5) property maps, delivered electronically via email within 2 to 3 business days. Additional priority electronic map requests are $95 each. *May require current property owner release
  • Other miscellaneous documents requested at the same time as a map request are provided at no charge (electronically only)
  • Same-Day Service available for an additional $90. *Same-Day requests received after noon are prioritized for the next business morning.
